Dr. Chandran D.S Devanesen, a visionary in holistic education, established the College Farm in 1964, with the first meeting held on 8th September. Its infrastructure include:

• 17 Acres of Land for Agricultural activities
• 2 Piggery sheds
• 1 Goat shed
• 1 Dairy shed
• 2 Poultry sheds
• 1 Dry cow shed
• 2 Calf sheds
• 1 Japanese quail shed
• 3 Wells with pumps
• 1 Training Center with 24 beds and one Meeting Hall
• 1 Training Center Annex building with 10 beds
• 1 Main Office building
