Dr. Chandran D.S Devanesen, a visionary in holistic education, established the College Farm in 1964, with the first meeting held on 8th September. Its infrastructure include:
- 17 Acres of Land for Agricultural activities
- 2 Piggery sheds
- 1 Goat shed
- 1 Dairy shed
- 2 Poultry sheds
- 1 Dry cow shed
- 2 Calf sheds
- 1 Japanese quail shed
- 3 Wells with pumps
- 1 Training Center with 24 beds and one Meeting Hall
- 1 Training Center Annex building with 10 beds
- 1 Main Office building
